Zoku exhibited at NRF APAC 2025, held from June 3 to 5 at Marina Bay Sands in Singapore. As one of the region’s largest retail technology events, it drew thousands of business leaders from across Asia Pacific and beyond. Zoku’s booth saw strong turnout, with ongoing discussions around a growing issue many operators now face: patchwork commerce.
Retail and F&B businesses often invest in highly rated tools for point of sale, eCommerce, inventory, warehouse, and finance. But these systems rarely work as one. The result is disconnected data, inefficiencies, and teams struggling to meet expectations across locations and channels.

At NRF, Zoku demonstrated how its unified commerce platform brings sales, fulfillment, customer service, inventory, and financials into a single, real-time view. Business leaders saw how the platform gives them operational visibility and control across stores and central teams. Zoku also empowers store associates with integrated tools to support customers, manage stock, and complete tasks efficiently — without jumping between systems.
While other vendors highlighted AI tools and forward-looking concepts, Zoku focused on the foundation required to make those technologies work. Without a strong operational backbone, even the most advanced features fall short.
The volume of visitors and quality of conversations confirmed that many companies are ready to move beyond fragmented systems. Zoku offers the structure and reliability they need to support growth — now and into the future.
